How long does it take to receive my order?
We’re a small team with lots of orders, so it takes 3–5 days to process each one. Please allow 7–12 days after ordering to receive your package. One customer even told us she forgot what she ordered by the time it arrived, so it made the surprise even better!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders come with free shipping, no matter where you are.
Are the plushies safe for your skin?
Yes. Each plush pillow is made with a super soft Dutch velvet exterior and stuffed with premium polypropylene cotton. They’re safe, hypoallergenic, and perfect for cuddling or display.
Can I wash my plushy?
We recommend spot cleaning only. The Dutch velvet exterior is soft and luxurious, but machine washing can damage the texture and shape. Use a damp cloth and mild soap to gently clean any spots.
What if I’m not happy with my plushy?
